No. This tool rasterises each page, which converts selectable text into part of the page image. The document will look the same but will no longer be searchable or copy-pasteable. If the recipient requires searchable text, do not compress this way.
Should I compress a document before filing it with a court?
Be careful. Many courts and regulators require filings to be text-searchable, and rasterising removes the text layer.
